An MCP server for my blog
Hey! You're reading this so you must think my words are worth reading. And in the modern world you probably find your content by chatting to your friendly LLM agent. In which case you can now add my blog MCP to your setup and get even more of these wonderfully interesting words.

In fact - instead of reading some beautifully hand crafted words, dotted with errrrors and loose ends you can just ingest it into your agent and get it to spit out a claudish summary so it fits in with the rest of the world. You can even get it to rate my posts!
The Tech
The words in this (all?) my posts are artisanally hand crafted (via a keyboard) but the MCP server was all my pal Claude's work.
I don't use MCP much in my day to day work - I find they clutter up my context and I rarely needed all the tools in each session. I've found custom skills wrapped around scripts that call APIs much more useful in a whole bunch of cases. The only place I really use MCP is to navigate playwright - and even then my E2E skill creates a manifest then spins up a new claude session with the playwright MCP server installed to navigate that journey. I'd found having it load all the time cost 20% of usage - this means I only load up the tools when I specifically want to use them.
Conclusion
So I've added a tool I don't really use - but hey - you might! May you enjoy even more of my words via a web browser or your favourite agent.
