Three Key Keyboard
Over the past few months I've found I'm often switching rapidly between Claude sessions and using wisprflow to talk to the agents. This all felt new and magical but I was still sitting in front of my laptop, just like always. I wanted to see if I could use a small, portable, bluetooth device and map some of my workflows to that.
I bought a cheap (£30) three key keyboard, and mapped the keys to enter, speak, and toggle session. For a bit of a fun experiment it worked really well and I now use it as a break from sitting. Check out the video for the demo (where admitedly I am sitting - but usually I wander!)
Details
This works well if I've got a bunch of tasks split between a smallish number of repos and I don't need to interact with anything beyond the Claude sessions. The agents are so good now that this is increasingly the case but often I'll still need to get back to the command line or click around in a browser. I definitely use it as a break for a short period rather than my main way of working but that break is invaluable. I've set up a small script that launches a few Claude sessions in TMUX based on a setup file.
Summary
It worked! It's useful as a rest or a change of pace. There are some limits to what you can control with just your voice, but that gap is getting smaller. Being able to stand and walk and work without needing to touch your laptop is fantastic.
